Challenge
The area divided the lift lobby passage into two, hence the challenge was to blend these space as one without compromising on the circulation. The brief given was Gym area, Aerobics and freestyle area, reception, pantry, toilet with steam cubicles respectively.
Solution
The 1/2of the area is allotted for Gym activity and 1/4of the area for aerobics is allotted. The lift lobby and passage area became a part of the fitness centre and is used for reception and waiting.
