CHALLENGE
The factory has to be Vaastu compliance and should house their pharma production in a clockwise manner. The challenge is to establish a clear separation of factory and Directors cabin & recreational areas.

SOLUTION
A simple plan with keeping production and operation areas kept at the ground floor and the entire office space takes up the first floor. A overlooking is established to create a dynamic space within the form.
