There are two different building with different cores which have to be redeveloped and all existing owners want a corner flat with different core but yet again connected ones.
It is a small plot but very optimum and rectangular hence the best footprint could be possible and achieved. The service core was placed in between flats to create buffer and to generate standalone corner spaces. By connecting the building left us with the possibility of providing only one staircase and save a considerable construction cost to the developer. Zero FSI loss in service core design.
