Challenge
The site is 80 KM from Mumbai, river touch and covered with nearly 10,000 trees. The site is affected by coastal regulation zone (CRZ) and a channel flowing dividing the plot.
Solution
The plot axis played a major role in laying the primary road network of 12m and following to that the other roads are designed with reference to the desired plot sizes. A clubhouse is strategically also located with the centre of the layout.
