Challenge
The biggest challenge was to fit their massive requirement keeping in mind uncompromising focus on aesthetics, circulation and budget
Solution
The circulation played an important role in decided various zone and activities. By keeping minimum wastage on circulation, I could manage to create activities and zones with larger footprint and effective. Key area were the optimum size of reception, cafeteria, pantry, server and toilet left productive office space for cubicles, workstations, conference room, meeting room, etc. The biggest achievement was the accommodation of 30-seater conference room. In terms of design intent was concern, we used Marine MDF and created a custom design and finished with melamine polish. Also AC duct was painted sky to blend with the color scheme. The reflected reception table and the custom designed reception flooring, squared grid partition are some of the design interventions which uplifted the overall decor.
